A Day of Two Halves

This morning we went to Worcester to visit our grandson for the first time.  He is as lovely as we expected, of course, and it was great to see him along with Emma, Andy, and Luna.  We had a nice chat, a cup of tea and a cuddle of the new baby boy.

Later we left and drove over to Croome Court, unfortunately arriving too late to get anything to eat but had a good walk and some fresh air.  I took a few pics.

Back Home we caught up on yesterday's mixed doubles final from Wimbledon, a match where it was guaranteed that an English person would be on the winners podium.

The theme for today's Mono Monday hosted by laurie54 is "Far Out" (far out. An interjection meaning “great” or “cool," - Dictionary.com).  I think this dandelion head in the midst of wild flowers at Croome is Far-Out!
