Cool and Fruity

Still very hot!

We sang this morning and it was pleasant and dry for a change. The sides of the marquee being open providing a nice breeze. We’ve been re spaced to 1 metre apart and more people allowed at each session. Masks optional but many people wore them on arrival.

A good sing and a new song plus details of a booking for September.

After we went over to Guiseley M&S to return a parcel. I don’t often look in the freezer compartment but wanted some of their ‘Without’ range fish fingers for next week’s visitor and I spotted these. Perfect for a hot day and much closer to the Strawberry Mivvi that I remember from my youth. Not quite there but a much better substitute than the Magnums we ended up with on our quest for them in Myrtle Park, Bingley on a hot day last year when we were given misleading information!

It certainly helped with cooling down this afternoon and made for a different blip today!
