Heatwave

Sun ready to set over Wales, viewed from the top of Monks' Steps, Kewstoke, Somerset. And, the coolest place to be in today's continuing heatwave: Weston Woods is an Extra. It's been another day of too hot for comfort or for doing anything more energetic than eating ice-cream. 

Last night I dreamt I was experiencing a pre-migraine zigzag lights aura, only to wake up and find it was real. Took a Migraleve tablet and a couple of paracetamol and managed to b go back to sleep.
