Trouble free journey up to Devon to stay a couple of nights with good friends.  J was a partner at the old coalface (Solicitors) some 30 years ago and after retirement she and her husband went to live in Kilbrittain,  Southern Ireland.  We kept in touch and visited them a few times in their lovely home.  Now they live in the beautiful village of Bishopsteignton in Devon where their home is equally lovely and view1 is from the top of the orchard looking over the Teign Estuary.  I love the patchwork fields. 

Needless to say we had a very late night after much catching up and reminiscing about old friends and the coalface!!
