My outing today was to buy a few groceries from the town's community shop. All organic and expensive. Otherwise it was Olympics and programming.

So pleased to see Bradshaw finally get her medal in the pole vault, but also Siderova. She was also competing in Glasgow two years ago as one of the few Russians permitted to do so as a neutral because she satisfied the IAAF that she wasn't doping. It must be awful to be an honest Russian athlete these days.
