Is it a Bird?

Today we were treated to blues skies with fluffy white clouds, just right for RockArea's Wide Wednesday challeng of something blue.

I spotted this unusual cloud formation while taking a walk up over the ranges with just the camera and phone (needed to count the steps encouraging me to keep fit ... plus the means to buy that critically needed ice cream LOL!)
