Flower Friday ...

... with feeding Ruby-throated hummingbird.

I was so surprised when this hummingbird flew onto the zinnias that I'm equally surprised that I was able to get some decent shots.  I've added another on as an Extra.  The extra shot was Richard's favorite but I preferred the main shot .... and since this is my journal I've posted this one!  I only wish that his wing wasn't covering most of his lovely face. 

The reason I was so surprised by this shot was the fact that I was standing on the deck at the time and the zinnia are right there!  I had to shoot at an odd angle so the fact that these are in focus is amazing!
