Looks like a bee but isn't a bee.

This is a dronefly feeding on Buddleja flowers in our garden. With its  brown-and-orange markings, the Drone-fly looks like a male Honeybee, but is in fact a species of hoverfly. This mimicry helps to protect it from predators while it searches for nectar
