Cuteness and fitness

I was at my computer in the morning and, if the cat is indoors, she often takes the chance of jumping into my lap. After all I'm just sitting there, apparently not doing anything special, so from her point of view I might as well cuddle her for a while. This time it was extra sweet.

It was a perfect day for washing, sun and some light winds, and in the afternoon I even went for a run, the first in a long while. I usually only take walks but I do need to get the heart pumping a bit harder a couple of times a week and I will make an attempt to come back into the habit of a run twice a week.
