MonoMonday: Negative Space

Today's MM theme is "negative space". Well, last Friday I blipped a photo which would qualify (here) but that's no good for today! This time I used one of my favourite locations (Killingworth Lake - in the rain!) and chose a gull which (after I'd waited a while for it to finish preening itself) condescended to look into the negative space for a moment.
