I needed some open space so we randomly picked somewhere at the end of a train line to go to today. I'm not sure I'd go there again but it was good to get out of suburbia and away from tall buildings and police sirens.  Sadly there were still a lot of idiotic people but I guess you get those everywhere.

And a lot of dogs, completely deaf to their constantly squawking and screaming humans. If you can't control it, don't let it off the lead. Apologising after it's terrified someone with its yapping and jumping, or worse bitten them (it happened to me in the spring) because it's "just excited" is a bit late.
