Goodyear Blimp!

Thursday
Roger called a tyre place first thing as soon as they opened, and found one that said they would try to fit us in. I finished off my last minute packing, and did a few bits of tidying up, so I was leaving it fairly clean and tidy for Laura while we were gone, and Roger cut the front grass again. By about noon, we were getting rather impatient and frustrated, so Roger called up the tyre place, and happily the guy said we had been second on his list of people to call to say the tyre was fixed - fortunately the screw had been far enough from the sidewall, that it could be fixed rather than replaced - that would have been rather upsetting, since the car is only 5 months old! So we finally got on the road soon after 1pm, up to northeastern Ohio and into Pennsylvania. Fortunately, we had only planned about 7 1/2 hours for today, and we had a good journey, in good weather, so we weren’t too late arriving at our hotel, having stopped for dinner en route.
I’m afraid my blip is lousy quality, but it’s all I got today, and this was actually taken by Roger, but on my phone, which he’s not used to. Also, the Blimp was traveling the opposite direction to us, so there was only a short moment of opportunity! This was taken in the Akron area, which is the home of the Goodyear Tire Company.
