BBQ@Kingarrock Hickory Golf Course

Today is the Hill of Tarvit Volunteers’ BBQ . The venue is the terrace outside of Forrester’s Cottage which is the original name of what is the Club House for Kingarrock.

A very convivial time has been enjoyed by everyone, and the menu catered for everyone’s dietary requirements.

Much of the discussion centred around the programme of activities over the closed season and for next year.

A general atmosphere of optimism prevailed despite the aromas from the BBQ.

”The Devil in Me" suggested that the volunteers should have their own tournament around Kingarrock Hickory Golf Course. Very few of the group actually are golfers, however, I have already dragged a bag of clubs and propelled several golf balls around the course.

It is a good walk with several photo opportunities.

The weather was very warm and pleasant.
