Coastal Birthday

With been off work this week and the lovely weather it was decided that we went and spent my birthday with Sun Sea & sand in a warm sunny Skegness. It was fairly busy despite the School holidays been over.
We enjoyed a lovely walk along the beach and even dipped our toes in the sea . An enjoyable lunch at a lovely fish and chip shop  we discovered a couple of years ago the Atlantic fish shop . More walking including another paddle followed by an ice lolly and a slush a little later  , no doughnuts  as we was still stuffed from lunch.
I have gone with this shot looking up the new pedestrian way with the clocktower in the distance framed by the street lights all with a lovely blue sky for a backdrop . There has been a few changes since lockdown good to see some money ben spent on the resort. I have included a couple of extras from our walk along the beach.
Back home now chilling watching football  England play away in Poland. A couple of beers chilling nicely in the fridge yes more beer tonight but it is my Birthday
