High And Low

I didn't manage to change my settings in time to capture a pair of Blades Extras that flew over and then I missed a Dakota. :( Third time lucky I caught this sole Blades Extra on its way from Guernsey to its base at Sywell Aerodrome near Northampton. The Blades are an award-winning aerobatic team. The pilots were formerly with the Red Arrows. They're displaying at Abingdon on Saturday.

The moth is a common marbled carpet. I've never seen or photographed one before. The slug is the red brown form of the black slug.
