MrsP and I had an early VW appointment this morning for a state inspection and oil change. Good to get that done. We also picked up a few items at the Grocery Store since we were driving by • It’s an overcast day here. Heat and humidity have been on the rise all morning and a fast moving cold front is coming in right behind it. This clash of fronts has put Maine in a severe storm watch until this evening, with wind being the biggest concern. We decided to relocate our potted veggie and flower plants, just in case, and weighed down our lawn furniture. Bird feeders are full too :) • Meet Harriet, a female Hairy Woodpecker, one of my favorite visitors.
