Morning walk

... and quick catch-up with old friend Patricia and her new canine companion Hector. Her previous dog Hetty - blipped recently - had kidney disease and departed a couple of months ago. Hector came to Patricia for rehoming via the charity Lurcher Link. He's a laid back character and they already love each other to bits.

P and I exchanged brief despairing comments about the govt & then cheered ourselves up by watching Hector chase squirrels.
