Scotland trip day 3 Culloden

We leave a sunny Melrose for our two hundred mile journey North, a mixed bag of weather , squally showers, beautiful rainbows and lots of sunshine. That’s until we reach Aviemore, skies darken, temperatures drop and it rains, we arrive at our camp site and it’s still raining, we get set up then time for a cup of tea and the rain stops. 

We decide to go out for a drive and we head to Fort George to have a walk around, I say walk it was more like a blow around as the wind was so strong, this is where we spotted this wind surfer on the Moray Firth..

Tomorrow we’re going looking for  dolphins
