Chilly

It was another quite chilly day today, although a sunny, blue sky sort of autumnal day. Tonight there's a forecast of frost, so it could be the end for a lot of plants, depending on just how frosty it gets. But if it really does frost, then I'm getting up early to go out and take pics! But my guess is we won't get that cold. It's early yet.

Had an early meeting to discuss the potential of the botanical garden options on a golf course - we'd share with our county water utility since they'd use the watershed as a tertiary water treatment area. We'd use the uplands. We had a fascinating talk with a land use consultant. Great way to start the day.

I did a few errands, more conversations, more work, took a long walk and then puttered around the garden for a good blip for today. The anemones are still in full bloom and this one looked quite charming in the afternoon light. 

One more meeting shortly regarding education and programming for the garden and then I'll be done for the day!
