Toadstools at the Church

These toadstools thronged the ground beneath the hedge in the church car park, pushing up through the gravel.

Taken with phone and edited in Snapseed with a filter which is why they look a bit strange.

Len had dropped me off there after we'd delivered the huge vase to Abi at her shop on the Ashby Road.

A very enjoyable half hour. Wendy has Covid as has Phillippa, so more care is now required. I'm not going anywhere without my mask. Jean reported that Colin had come on Saturday morning but had stayed very quiet, obviously not feeling well. I must phone to check on him.

Now off to feed George's cats in Leicester while he's away.
