Annual shot of our Virginia Creeper

Collected the car this morning after Joe Wicks and breakfast. Nearly all good. Parking sensors fixed, cam belt replaced, MOT passed, Apple car play installed and a large wodge of money paid. The garage claimed they hadn’t time for the courtesy wash.

Susan did her usual cleaning when we got back home while I sorted out the mess that is the office (a bit) then did loads of fussy little bits of admin and chores.

We spent a couple of hours at the allotment occupied most of the afternoon. Mostly digging and clearing. One more session should do it. Found yet more raspberries to pick and some deeply buried spuds I’d missed.

At home I have plenty of green chillies which are not ripening yet outside I picked three cucumbers! Also outside is this Virginia Creeper which always puts on a fine show.
