A steamy blip from Tryfan46

Half term and we have services on the KESR for the week. There’s a Freight Night on Friday and events and activities throughout the week.

An uneventful day at Wittersham Road, 4 return trips, two crossings and an early finish.

Not for the two in the extra who are disposing their loco over the ash pits in Rolvenden yard. The main photo is of the same loco enveloped in its own steam as the drive awaits right of way over the level crossing.

I have one more turn this week, at Tenterden next Saturday then that’s it until the (all being well) Santa Specials in December
