Chucking Stones

The men are away for the weekend, so I had Zion to myself while Deb and Allegra went off to a friend's party (which seem to be huge affairs these days). We chilled, and walked into the bookshop in town, where he chose a couple of books, including his first Secret Seven. And two packs of Pokémon cards, which he is pretty keen on at the moment. Did you know that some of them are worth thousands of pounds? Incredible. Came home and he went off to read a few chapters of the other book.

Did some heavy reading of A Little Princess after Deb and Allegra got back, until we finished it, with a break in the middle for some fresh air in the Park, and a game of Mário Kart - had no idea what I was doing, but managed to get to the end after endless crashes. And another game of Dobble, a card game.

Gratefuls:
- a peaceful day, just enjoying being together and finding out about their lives
- the delicious Vegan dinner Deb made (not that she's a Vegan), with Quorn, might try it if I can get it in the Alentejo
-  the hot bath she's run and is waiting for me

Please forgive rushed or no commenting, you all know how it is, I want to be here.
