Klara and the sun

Split day, home in the morning at an online board meeting so that I could take Paisley out in the garden at lunchtime, then to the office for a couple of in person meetings before working on the first of the longlisting tasks for the next months.
Collected A from work then dropped my car at V’s, made some chilli for later and called Mx on his birthday before heading off to book group,
C had made a delicious dinner based on ‘sunshine’ foods since we’d been reading Klara and the sun. Everything was delicious and all 8 of us were there for a change…lots of chat and laughter and we all loved the book. A good evening (despite having a lot of trouble finding the car at the end when we turned the wrong way out of her house!)
