The end of 2021's van life

Tonight we are off to Sundsvall to have dinner with friends Livia and Roger, and a few other guests.  After the party we'll sleep over in the camper. We think this will be our final van night for 2021 because the days are becoming so short. I warmed up the van with a fan heater, using mains electricity, driving out any latent dampness. Our bedding had been indoors anyway so we knew that was okay.
A lot of people here have already switched to winter tyres but we are playing it cool and keeping our summer tyres as long as possible. There's no snow (but plenty of rain) forecast for the next 10 days. There is 40 cm snow In the north of Sweden, but fortunately it's about 400 km north of us. I like the snow but I can wait.
