Home Again, home again....

And what a busy day! Up early, since I was on Mountain Time in my head (an hour earlier) which was fine since I had a lot to do before leaving for Mom's house. And just for fun, the refrigerator started leaving puddles on the kitchen floor. It joins the washing machine that (still) doesn't work right. Argh! 

Mom did beat me at Backgammon although it had been so long since we played that we forgot how to set up the board! I had to look at an image on line ;-) 

A bunch of botanical garden work awaited me when I got home and I've got a grocery order to pick up in an hour. It never seems to stop.

But fortunately I got a quick wander in the garden where the last of the dahlias are still blooming. This beauty is probably the last blossom of 'Rosella'...which I promptly picked, along with the other last blossoms of dahlias and roses and brought inside before the rain arrives tonight...2" between now and Saturday morning. I've got that bottle of sunshine handy from Santa Fe!
