Project 365 day 319: Silver Birch

I'm finding myself increasingly despondent each morning as I get up to yet another damp, dull and grey day. The leaf colours seem especially rich and varied this year, but would look so much brighter with a bit of sunlight. This little silver birch is a welcome splash of bright gold in my misty view, and cheers me up every time I look out at it.
