Not the football stadium :(

Definitely not the best day to go to the stadium. (Only) our 2nd defeat (Derby 3:Bournemouth 2) of the season. Fulham now leads in the Championship, we are 1 point behind. Let’s hope we maintain our good 8 point lead on the 3rd placed team.

Long walk. Forgot my watch, so no idea how many steps I did. Mr B said we might as well go home then!

We had a drink, and shared a plate of hummus and chargrilled pitta, on the terrace at The Savoy. Reopened after 2 more weeks of refurbishment.

Then into town to check out a new vegan/health/clothes/gift shop (up from Zara). Quite impressive and ‘upmarket’.

Took the bus to the station to buy return tickets to Bristol (visiting a girl-friend from my school days). Then walked home, passing through the same underpass I blipped a few days ago.
