Guardsman

Christmas, has apparently arrived in Kalmar. This figure from the tales has been placed to guard the the West gate from intruders; or, might it be the other way around, has the salesmen-association anything to do with it?

On my way to work at the theatre this evening, I was met by this pixie. The concert, on the other hand was high class. Singer, Ebba Forsberg and her band, did excellent interpretations of Leonard Cohens, Tom Waits' and Bob Dylans music, all inSwedish. Look her up on Spotify, and you can hear her versions.
