Chakras

Woke to snow, which was a shock even though it had been forecast, but it stayed longer than we thought it would. No wonder the squirrel at my window box was looking for bulbs to eat (extra!).
We spent the morning at a yoga and sound bath session which was lovely….gentle yoga which was just as well as I have no idea what I’m doing and need to go more regularly to get more flexible, followed by an hour with a blanket, heated eye mask, and the sounds of these crystal bowls and temple bells. Other than being a bit chilly for lying still, we both still really enjoyed it and were pleased to hear she does sessions a bit nearer to here in a place with a heated floor!
Did the food shopping on the way home then had a delayed breakfast and got on with ironing, clearing up and organising for the week. I got very sleepy in the afternoon but after a sit down with a cup of tea we took Paisley out for a snowy walk round the park. She loved it…dashing about and trying to eat it!
When we got back we watched the latest Little Women film that I’d missed when it first came out, chatted to Mt and the kids and then prepared supper.
Very chilled day, in two senses of the word!
