Big Red

We have a pair of red-bellied woodpeckers living nearby, and although they can be heard most every day, it isn’t often we get to see one. That’s why it’s such a treat when Red shows up for suet. Once snow arrives that will change and we’ll get to see them several times a day :) • It’s been mostly dreary today with periods of sleet and rain. So happy to be retired and home and not having to worry about a slippery commute :) • I wrapped some of MrsP’s stocking stuffers today, and assisted the fur kids in wrapping a couple of items they had picked out for her. They’re so thoughtful but due to wildly different personalities they rarely agree on much - but, no worries, that’s where I, Mama Elf, come in :) • Peace and Love!
