Today’s flowers

Day 23 sciatica. Isbi sent me a book called the Back Sufferers’ Bible by Sarah Key. I can relate to the way it describes my condition. Such words resonate: pathetic hobble, mind numbing pain down the leg like a jagged, red hot spear, unbearable, like a burn on the skin and the pain becomes unspeakably bad. Sounds like I am normal and not going bonkers.  Thanks Isbi I will read it over the next few weeks.,

Tomorrow I have a physio appointment. Today I have done nothing again.
