Went for a walk in the late afternoon because the sky looked beautiful. Felt my anxiety melting away while out in the fresh air. And I found a heart ♥

The full Duane Allman quotation is below. He wrote it in his diary January 1 1969... thought it was pretty special.

Didn't realise today was my 7 year blip birthday, I thought it would be on Jan 1. I'm not good at this Blip milestone malarkey am I?! Seems as good a blip as any though :-)
