Goodbye Gruffalo!

I've been working my way through my list today.  The day began with recorder practice and, apparently, Doen Daphne and 'My Heart Will Go On' are coming along nicely.

My list was a sunny day one, so the next task was to clean out Shep the Rabbit and then make a start on sadly removing the Gruffalo and his Child and animals friends from our window.  Christmas is over for another year.   Lots of folks walked by, strangers heading to the Moor and neighbours doing their thing, all expressed dismay at the demise of the Gruffalo.  Always good to pass the time of day with people. 

Tony popped his head out of the door to say lunch was ready so it was time to clear up and head indoors for some of his delicious sausage rolls.  We decided to make the most of the sunny, chilly day to promenade on the crunchy moor, still very frosty in places.  Lovely to be out.  Back home it was the second day of Joe Wicks seniors workout and then on to some computer jobs.  I can cross several items off today's list.
