Hope

On the last day of the year, the sun reappeared and gave hope. I have posted this Wayside Cross from 1882 before. I park the car directly under the tree when doing a particular dog walk.

The theme is Peace after centuries of war:
"Im Kreuz ist Heil" - "In the Cross is Salvation".

As some will know, I'm not a classical Believer, but I really do hope that things will change in the New Year
