Pineapple Concoction

Kim is making a batch of pineapple infused vodka for an new cocktail recipe she got from 23Hoyt a little while back. Can't wait. I'll post the recipe if it turns out well.

Interesting weather today. At Holly's soccer game it was sunshine and clouds. Then near the very end the clouds unloaded and we all scrambled for our cars. We got pretty wet. It was the first time since moving to Portland that we've gotten hit by rain at a game.

Later on in the day there was a short but very intense lightning storm with hail and crazy gale force winds that lasted maybe 15 minutes. Holly and I ran up to the top floor window to watch the spectacle with dropped jaws.
