Another Uninteresting Blip

Well, uninteresting to all but Tony and I.  The wall building began today so I am documenting its progress from our bedroom window.  There was a hold up early doors when the ballast failed to arrive on time, but once it did O and J got cracking.  They have laid the first runs/foundation of bricks and left the mortar to fix overnight, covering it with the hessian in case of frost.  Not long afterwards, a young woman walked down the steps and allowed her  big dog to walk right down the hessian!!! I'm afraid she got short shrift from the bedroom window.  Sometimes I wonder about the common sense of folks.

Much of the day has been spent working on the Club newsletter and four of us went for a hobble late afternoon..
