Fully laden

We met up with Diane and Trevor for a walk through Al Seef with two abra rides thrown in. The weather was gorgeous this morning - cool! It was hot walking in the sun, though.

Today we did something different and had fresh coconut water before having our coffee. Wonderful! Home to work and finish my calendar, which I got printed and now hangs on the wall. Yay! G is very happy too.

We walked to our local Lebanese for shawarmas with Diane and Trevor. It's his last evening before he heads back to single-digit temperatures.

My blip is of a fully laden dhow (wooden shipping vessel) heading out to deliver its cargo. I'm so pleased this centuries-old form of trading still continues in the heart of the city.
