Smooch

He looks harmless enough and he is.....but he likes to share what he catches, like a wee mouse that he let go in the living area yesterday, and still not found.  We thought we had him last night but he scampered up our curtains *loud sigh*.

We did consider going out for dinner tonight (our 53rd wedding anniversary), but we gave the idea away being not so comfortable with the indoor dining/covid scenario.  As far as we are aware, there isn't any Omicron here yet, but.......

I nice facetime with Lexi and Aidan wishing us a Happy Anniversary this afternoon, she really is a delight. (a screenshot in extra)....she is waving goodbye, shame about the water bottle in front of her, lol. 

Off on a roadie tomorrow, the forecast is horrendous so may not happen to the extent that was planned.   We are going inland to Mesopotamia Station, way way up in the Rangitata Gorge.  I've been up there a few times over the years and love the isolation, the extraordinary landscapes  and the wide open spaces.
