Stroud

It’s been a fairly sunny day and after dropping our grandson at the childminders we decided to visit Stroud with our daughter. We hadn’t been before and were quite taken with the hilly terrain and deep valleys with old mill buildings that we passed on the way. It’s a very interesting historic town with lots of old buildings, independent shops, art and craft shops and some great cafes. We headed into a real toy shop and bought some presents for our grandson’s coming birthday. Had a lovely lunch and then took a walk around the area. The main blip shows the canal and the extras are from in the town.
