Update

I have all of Michael Mosley’s books on healthy eating. What I like is it’s all backed up by research. This is the latest edition. I lost 15 kg but put some back on during Covid when I learnt to make sourdough and took an interest in cooking. I’m keen to see what is new. I did an interesting certificate in nutrition a few years ago so like to keep up to date. This one is eating a Mediterranean diet and cut out flour, rice, refined carbs etc. It also recommends to eat all your food in a shorter timeframe (eat during an 8 hour window is ideal). No morning or afternoon tea. I don’t get hungry until about 5pm so have a few nuts.
