Sparrow

Not many blip opportunities today as I'm spending most of my time on a Teams call for my casual work. It's always interesting and exercises my brain in a different way. This sparrow was perching on the feeder in a wee shaft of sunlight. There has been sun but it is very cold (extra) and windy again. I had a short walk with Flora at lunchtime and might get out again later.

Two yoga classes this week and both involved lots of side stretches. I can feel the consequence of that today. It must be doing me good - I hope.
