Wood Pigeon #28

We had to wait in for a parcel this morning which was due between 9.52am and 12.52. Of course it didn't arrive until 12.45, by which time I was fully engrossed in the Men's Curling semi-final - GB v USA. 
I had already got a back up blip of this wood pigeon from the morning's bird watching session, so by the time it finished at nearly 3pm I wasn't in the mood to go out, despite it being dry. I may regret this decision depending on the weather over the next few days if I'm not able to get out. 
Anyway, back to the curling - it was a very cagey affair with Team GB being ahead for most of the match, but only by 1. In the end we emerged triumphant, which means we are guaranteed to get at least one medal this games - woo hoo! Well done boys :) 
It will be an early start on Saturday for the final as it starts at 6.05am. 
Let's hope the girls can beat Sweden tomorrow and guarantee us another one.
