A blipper summed it up well. It’s a war Putin can’t win nor is it a war he can lose. We could be here for the long haul.

The humanitarian aspect of all this gains traction around the world, this must be a good thing, as is the United front against Putin. The Russian people need courage too. China will play a crucial role too.

Frustrating as it is, helpless as we are we must must do all we can and also not allow ourselves to be overwhelmed by the tragedy. Which was why I was pleased by the lovely responses to yesterday blip and why today’s blip, simple as it is, can help to provide a counterbalance to the depression news and the suffering of Ukrainians everywhere.
