Back into the flow with a bang at the office today....several back to back meetings til 2pm when I came back home to work, supposedly on the next set of promotions but in fact ended up catching up with everything that had flooded in whilst I was in the office.
Out for the evening with SP and KG....doing a lot of gossip and chat about the place as they work through the next few weeks/months towards arriving here. Who should we see at the restaurant but Arclight and MrA, so it was nice to be able to introduce them to each other. Always hard to know how to pitch a summary of a place to new people but I decided best to be honest, but contextualise it with a recognition of our different positions in terms of starting vs finishing here...
Home to find A (once again) dyeing her hair and so that becomes my emergency blip!
