Highest COVID numbers ever

Lockdown Day 2, (25th March 2020, 2 years ago) and I was blipped sitting in amongst the daffodils. Who would ever have thought that 2 years on, life still wouldn't be back to normal??? …............And I'd be Blipped sitting in the daffodils once again.

My human doesn't do politics so when 'Borris' said, on the 10 0'clock news on 23rd March 2020, 'YOU MUST STAY AT HOME (for 3 weeks)'...................... 3 weeks seemed do-able. Is do-able even a word?

We stayed at home for 3 months..............................

And now.......................... After most of us have had 2 Covid jabs plus a booster, Scotland is recording the highest level of Covid cases ever.

And England is recording the same.......................... BUT in England ALL restrictions have been lifted?? …..................So is there really any need in Scotland to keep us 'locked up'? Masks/self isolating rules? Are they really necessary any more?

My human isn't on a 'political campaign'................ Personally she just wants the whole of the UK to work to the same rules (England, Scotland, Wales).
