River of Flowers

Saturday: Wild Garlic …

… growing in my garden and almost in flower! Exciting :-))
A dry morning, MrD went to the market and bought a small sack of potatoes and some leeks.
I got some washing dried outdoors!
In the greenhouse, I potted on about a dozen of the larger Broccoli “Hungry Gap” - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2940002456366482929 - they are being left alone by the slugs, hope this continues.
Repotted Chilean guava (Ugni molinae), Pineapple guava (Acca sellowiana) and Winter Sweet (Chimonanthus praecox) - they’re staying in the greenhouse a bit longer too! Think it’s going to be another cold night.
Whilst I was watching the birds visiting the bird feeders, spotted a male Reed Bunting  - thought they were winter visitors.
I’ve ordered a sack of sunflower hearts for the birds - weather is so cold and they are still visiting the feeders in large numbers.
Hope you’re having a relaxing and enjoyable weekend :-)) xxxx xxx xx
Stay safe & healthy & happy everyone :-)
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
