Mr Thrush

I was very pleasantly surprised to see Mr Thrush and a few of his Silvereye mates taking full advantage of the chance for a morning dip in the birdbath, which was only topped up yesterday :D  Judging by the wetness of the surrounding area they must have had a pretty awesome pool-party.

Van tootying continues - great progress.  Sunshine continues - soul warming.  Covid continues -  6,242 community cases, 553 hospitalisations and 11 deaths yesterday.  It's been a while since I last posted COVID figures but we're on the right side of the Omicron peak - the seven-day rolling average of case numbers has continued to decline, with today's seven-day rolling average at 7,986 – last Monday it was 10,169.
