.... where plants were concerned.   At Charlie's in Aberystwyth buying JI compost in advance of the summer repot of my bulb collection.

After a morning of chores and weeding in the garden, Jamie and I headed off to Aber for some shopping and a bit of time out.   Jamie found assorted things to support his crafting while I acquired a couple of things from a charity shop as well as the compost, dogfood and a few bits from the supermarket.   I also enjoyed a siesta in the car while Jamie and Tilda explored charity shops.   We ate on the seafront and ice creams were also enjoyed.  Warm sunshine and blue skies made it a pleasant break from rushing around.  Meg only occasionally broke the peace, mostly being  attentive to me when other dogs passed although her composure was upset by roaring motorbikes, followed by cyclists on the prom and a child bouncing a ball.   This last a trigger because she loves to join in ball games - not good news for the balls though!

The northern sky still aglow when we got back to Tywyn at 930pm - extra pic.
