It's Flower Friday!

Today's offering is a collage of the beautiful flowers bought for me by our friends who were our guests this week.  It was too difficult (for me) to photograph the bunch as whole satisfactorily, so I've made a collage to convey the lushness of the bouquet.  Many thanks to our regular FF host BikerBear.
In other news: we collected Violet from school today and Mr MC brought her back to the car via the forest route and  I met them halfway.  I confess that I've never before had a good look at the nearby bank of land which leads to a small reservoir and I was delighted to see banks of cowslips there.  I must get back there with my camera before they stop flowering.
